Gavin Scullion and an electrifying first solo.

Gavin Scullion is an electrian from Belaghy and has decided to follow in the footsteps of his brother who earned his microlight license last year (why not if your brother already owns an aircraft ?). Today it was Gavins turn to claim the laurels and after only 10 hours of instruction Gavin put in an electrifying performance of circuits in a slight cross wind which so impressed the instructor it was decided that he could do it on his own . The atmosphere was highly charged but Gavin put up no resistance to going solo . All went to plan with no shocks and impressive landing from a perfect circuit .
The first solo cap was presented with due ceremony and a happy Gavin went ohm .
