Julie Kitt . First solo for UFC live wire

One of the UFCs most popular live wires flew her first solo today in a 3 axis Microlight.
Julie Kitt had been on the verge of a first solo for several weeks but always managed to book a flight on an unflyable weather day. This resulted in the microlight community having to sit round doing little more than consoling Julie and consuming the huge chocolate cake she always brought.
Today however the usual Julie induced thunderstorm cleared early and a window of opportunity opened .
Shortly after 3pm Julie found herself in the circuit above Newtownards in sole charge of the Thruster Microlight enjoying herself so much she flew 4 circuits before landing back very smoothly onto runway 22 .
Well done Julie, we are all very chuffed .
